Gluten-Free Bread Mixes

Our mixes are now sold at Draeger's, Wild Oats/Whole Foods, Henry's, Capers, Supreme Health and Sun Harvest.

Currently, we are not in all locations. If you would like to have the Breads from Anna® mixes available at  a store near you, please print out this document (Breads From Anna® ) and bring it to your local grocery store. Ask them to send us an email or give us a call!

All Breads From Anna® mixes are packaged in a gluten-free and nut-free facility and all ingredients are sourced from gluten-free vendors.

All mixes are kosher . Our gluten, soy, rice and nut free mix (red label) does contain a small amount of powdered skim milk, this milk is OUD.

Nine of our ten mixes are gluten, corn, dairy, soy, rice and nut free and are accepted by the Feingold Association.

All Breads From Anna® mixes are high in protein and fiber and only sweetened with maple or honey, no refined sugars. The ingredients used are all-natural, free of any additives or flavor enhancers.

Gluten Evolution® began as a personal chef service in 2002. Today Gluten Evolution® is also a test kitchen and creator of Breads From Anna® mixes, available in stores and online as of March 2004. The personal chef service continues to be an educational force for helping others learn to live very well on the gluten-free diet.
